MailWasher Pro not checking with email provider

Hi

I am trying to set up the MailWasher Pro Android app and can't get it to log onto my email provider. I don't believe it is actually attempting to connect with the IMAP server because the red failed message box appears instantly.

I have checked my IMAP settings over and over again and I am sure they are correct.

Am I wasting my time? I notice all the bad reviews for the app and that there hasn't been an update since 2019.

Without a working Android app, I think I may have chosen the wrong email filter program,

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Hi Brian

We are working on a replacement app, the current one is very simple and as you say, not well received. Sadly progress has been slow on that.
Is this a GMail account, or your regular that you used to sign up on the forum with that isn't working ?

I can't get the app to register with my personal email account as I used to register with this website.

Sorry, missed this reply.
I can see you have an account present, though that's the only info the system gives me.

If you are still having issues flick an email to [email protected] to have the mobile account deleted and you can re-register.
