I am using mailwasher pro for many years. After mailwashing the red mails disappear and the green ones after showing my mail account did disappear too. Now after washing and showing the mailaccount the green list do not disappear. What is the meaning of that. You can see all the mails from months ago. How can I change this bothering problem ?????

If I Grok what you are asking, all emails not deleted in MailWasher will continue to appear in the MailWasher inbox until you download them to an email client and that client is configured not NOT leave a copy on the mail server. As long as those emails are still on your mail server, they will reappear in MailWasher. Look through the account settings on your email client and uncheck the option to leave a copy on the server.

Thanxx but I know of the possibility but cannot find it where to do. I don't see it anywhere anymore. I have Microsoft Outlook 365 latest version. And it is a IMAP Install, I think with a IMAP there is not a copy on the mail server anymore????

To disable leaving a copy of read or downloaded messages on the server in Outlook, do the following: Open Outlook. Click Tools > Account Settings. Go to the E-Mail tab, click your account and click 'Change'. Click 'More Settings' button, then the 'Advanced' tab and uncheck, “Leave a copy of messages on server”.

It's the other way around, with IMAP all emails are left on the server.
IMAP is designed as a synchronised email system, so all emails are left to be accessed from any device.

You could remove the account from Outlook, and add it back but set it as a POP account. If you did this then Wizcrafts instructions on unchecking 'Leave emails on the server' can be done.

Optionally, if you leave Outlook as IMAP, then in MailWasher go into Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> make sure it's set to IMAP at the top. By default MailWasher only loads Unread emails in the Inbox folder from the last 7 days, under the Advanced settings you can change this if you like.
If you move a message in Outlook from the Inbox to a subfolder, or flag it as Read, then next time MailWasher checks for messages, it will not load those messages any more.
