This Key Has been registered too many times... Seriously?

So:

I have a lifetime license. I recently did a complete reinstall of my OS (Windows). I reinstalled MailWasher Pro, and went to re-register it only to get the error "Key has been registered too many times".

Seriously? Here's my question: I understand that Firetrust wants to prevent illegal use of their products by restricting how many times a product can be installed - i.e.: Limit the number installation to two, three, or four machines - etc. However, even Microsoft, who I consider to be the devil incarnate, has a method where I as a customer can "de-register" a machine so I can install their office product on a new machine or re-imaged machine if I need to.

Here, I have to post to a forum. Time consuming, and wasteful of server storage space storing my forum post.

So, first: Please unlock, and remove ALL previous machine registrations or reset my license use count.
Second: Please look into creating a system where I as a customer can do this myself.

Thank you.

Yeah I agree, a de-registration feature would be nice. Once we can commit some programmer time to that we'll indeed take a look.
All reset now though.

Cheers

Thank you for the quick reply and FIX!

I hope you get the de-registration feature implemented soon (not that I plan on re-imaging my machine any time soon - but it would be nice!)

Thanks again!

Today I had the same problem.
I use Mailwasher on a Desktop.
I'm trying to install my lifetime license on my Notebook, but I get the message that my license has been used too many times.
Is it possible to use this license on two computers at the same time?
If possible, how can I register on the new computer?

All sorted, try again now.

I have this problem too. I can see that people have had it resolved but I don't see what has been done. I have just bought a new Win11 PC as a replacemnt for an old model but am not able to enter my Lifetime licence key. Any suggestions?

You can either email us or post here, if you post here I have a dig through your forum sign up and hope it matches the same address you used when you registered MailWasher, which it was, so the license is now reset.

Cheers

Email [email protected]

You'll probably have to wait until Monday for a reply.

Hi,

I have the same issue. Is there a way to reset my license as well ?
