Mailwasher prompts to create an email account when answering emails from within Mailwasher

I just installed the newest version of Outlook, and now when I try to answer emails from within Mailwasher, I am prompted to create an email account for the email.

Mailwasher is working fine - I am receiving emails from all 3 of my email accounts, it is washing and filtering just fine. However, it was very convenient to be able to send short email answers from Mailwasher without having to download all my emails into my Outlook program.

Am I missing some kind of setting somewhere? Outlook is also working fine. I'm puzzled.

OK, that is odd.

MailWasher uses the mailto: protocol for creation of these messages. If you go here https://www.firetrust.com/company and under General Enquiries there is a link to email us, if you click that link does the same thing happen ?

And see if you can set/reset the program Windows uses for mailto: links, maybe it's using a different version of Outlook or something, and just needs to be tweaked.
