First of all, can I mention how much I hate the TruGreen spammers? They never stop!

I have a filter set up. If "from" is TruGreen or if "subject" is TruGreen, matches ANY. AutoDelete and hide this e-mail.

Seems to be working pretty well, but yesterday this one got through.

How is that possible? It should have matched both.

Try using CONTAINS rather than IS. Contains is more relaxed and will just look for that word in the entire Subject, whereas IS should only be matching when the full text matches it exactly.
