My email files all of a sudden disappear about every month - I mean ALL.

My email files both in the washed files and downloaded files disappear about every month. I mean ALL!! Help
This started with the last update. Also if I try to recover an older file with an attachment - the file (text) come back but the attachment dosn't. Thanks

Under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> Advanced >> if the account is setup as IMAP, have a look at the options on how many days of messages to download, and also the option to Download Read EMail. It more sounds like MailWasher is set in some way not to show these older messages, rather than them vanishing entirely ?
