Is this Normal in Mail Washer ?

I delete mails that i don't want so they don't show on any of my inbox. But those that i don't delete stays after i run wash mail s that normal? or i should delete them as well.****************************************************************************************************
I think i have to re-phrase my problem as i have not got a solution.
After i check mail, the spams are located and all friend and good mails are identify I'm launched to outlook where i delete or keep mails.
When i go back to MW i can see all those mails i kept on Outlook.
So my question is what do i have to do to have the MW inbox only with the new mails and not all from weeks ago to present.
