I use GoDaddy for a website that I maintain. They have switched to Microsoft 365 Exchange and apparently there is no way to use MailWasher to access my email.

Any way I can access my email at GoDaddy using MailWasher?

You should still be able to use IMAP to access the account, I can't imagine they would disable that.

Try those settings mentioned on that page.

That is what MailWasher was set to and it quit working. Outlook had to be modified by software to retrieve my email. You had to click on a button at GoDaddy and a program modified Outlook for you. It even had my email address correct.

Yep, I got the same email from GoDaddy. They killed POP/IMAP and only do Exchange now. So, my mailwasher doesn't work for 2/3 of my accounts now.

What is the chances you guy can get this corrected?

Also, super happy that they did this right before the 4th of July Holiday.

Yea, that sucks alright, however yes, we do plan do add Exchange support to MWP, but could be quite some time away.... sorry!

I am a long-time lifetime user of Mailwasher. My main email accounts are located at GoDaddy, which is Exchange. I cannot use Mailwaher without those accounts. Please add that capability (use Exchange accounts) as soon as possible. Thank you.

Yes, we're getting a lot of reports godaddy accounts are not working since their changes, but from what we understand, they 'should' work via IMAP/OAUTH still, so we're still looking into this and are in contact with godaddy about it, I'll post here once we either get it working find out it wont indeed work via IMAP any longer...

And yes, Exchange support is on the to-do list also, but no date on this still sorry...

I have a GoDaddy account and now have to use Exchange since my renewal with GoDaddy
I have use "The Bat" as my mail client for 22 years. There is no word from them of updating for Exchange so far.

One thin I am seeing is so much in the Outlook Junk folder

Hi there, we have a beta you can try, however due to gmail issues with this, not keen to posts it here, please email support at firetrust dot com and I can send it to anyone who would like to try it...

Note that gmail issues are if you make any changes to a gmail account, you cannot currently change them in MWpro, current Gmail accounts already setup will continue to work OK however.

I can now use Mailwasher with My GoDaddy MS365 Exhange account!

It's been a bit of a battl e but these are settings I got from a GoDaddy online chat yesterday I have edited:-


Here are the server setting which are for IMAP.
