I'm trying to setup spamcop, I have the "Email To" copied and pasted, but Mailwasher reports an error (see attached).

Looking at the screenshot, it looks like there might be a leading space in the email address you copied. I just checked and MailWasher is not stripping these automatically either, resulting in the same error.
So before you hit save, if you click in the email address field, arrow key all the way to the left, check there isn't an extra space before the email address.
