107 people have viewed my original and not one answer! This is still happening, it's driving me nuts, I'm going to end up deleting this software.

"I am a long-term and lifetime paid user and I have not changed any of my settings for, quite literally, years but all of a sudden a couple of days ago every e-mail sent to me that isn't on my friends list now fails the spam tools check! Spamhaus is supposedly listing every IP address as an Origin of Spam it would seem and instantly scores them -200. Indeed it even decided [email protected] is spam!! I was not at the current version and I updated to the latest version but that has made no difference."

Sounds like some of your settings have got corrupted.

If you have a back up of your settings that isn't corrupted, use it to restore a good version.

If you don't have a back up, then you're probably best completely deleting MailWasher (including the settings) and reinstalling. If you do a search here, I think that you will find instructions on how to extract your friends list, which will at least save you having to recreate that.
