Cannot login to Sync

Hi all,

This has been mentioned before on the forums I think but I don't have a solution. If I try to login to sync with mobile, nothing happens after I've entered the login details. It just "hangs". The behaviour is the same whether I enter correct login details, no login details, or random data. On going to mobile I see that "no email accounts exist". I'm a new user and this has never worked for me. Can anyone help?

There don't seem to be any answers here, so I suggest emailing Firetrust support at [email protected].

You'll probably have to wait until Monday to get a reply.

There was an answer there on a Saturday a few weeks ago - see viewtopic.php?f=55&t=49830&sid=8a6e4ff1 ... 14#p156098 - so you might get a faster response posting there.

For the record - Support got me to reinstall Mailwasher - and it worked 🤷‍♀️
