Comcast won't work for me with mailwasher.

I have tried to get mailwasher to work and it keeps saying error "Failed to log into IMAP server.

I used the article on mailwasher and comcast mail setup, and it refuses to cooperate.

I manually log into my Comcast mail in web browser.

It should be
Username : Your full email address
Password : Same you use for your web browser logon
Server Address : imap.comcast.net
Under Advanced : The SSL option should be checked, this will also set the port to 993

That's exactly how I have set mine up - Port 993, IMAP, SSL/TSL, email address, password... it does not work. That's what the Comcast site says to do, too. But it doesn't work.

Yes, usually that means that you are using the wrong password, please try logging in here:

https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/

Using the same logon details you are trying to use in MWpro and see if that works?

If it does, check your comcast mail or settings for a message about it blocking access to a program possibly?
