I have been using MW Pro for many years on desktop PC with Windows 10.

I just installed it on a new laptop and activated it.
It pulls in my imap email list.
But, it is not processing it for spam. I

This sounds like a problem for the support team. Go through the process of checking your mail, and then in MailWasher, go to Help - Send Support Logs.

Put in a short description of the problem, and then hopefully the support team will be able to solve the problem for you.
