Hi
I downloaded 7.12.87 and installed it over the top of 7.12.67. Since then Mailwasher will not display in html or show remote content in any of my incoming emails. They are fine if downloaded in Thunderbird.
Has anyone else had t65his problem? I don't want to go through the uninstall and reinstall unless it is necessary or have to revert to 7.12.67.
Thanks to all
Alan

Yes, it's a known problem, and I think why v7.12.67 is the version currently available at https://www.firetrust.com/products/mail ... o/download
Note that if you want to go back to v7.12.67, you need uninstall MailWasher v7.12.87, making sure to select the option to keep your data, and then install MailWasher v7.12.67.

I put in a ticket about this problem asking when it is likely to be sorted. The reply was a little encouraging bas it said that they would remind the developer about this problem. Let's see if it achieves anything.

It has been fixed in the βeta released, today — might need just a little bit of more work, though . . . before it's released to the general public.

If this feature is important (to you) for even messages under the Recycle Bin tab, 7.12 97 βeta is an improvement.

Thanks for the info
I had already updated to 7.12.97 and it seems to work fine in html. This seems to be a normal update as it was flagged by Mailwasher and updated from the program.
