Hello, I have noticed twice now over the last week or so, that the Mailwasher Pro 7.12.67 version has an update (7.12.97) that has popped up. I have tried to install this update, only to get an "update installed failed-some of the updates failed to install properly" error box at the end. Now, today I got the same update box pop up again. But this time, when I tried to install it, it goes to a page that shows the 3 install type boxes (Uninstall, modify, etc). I clicked modify install and just reinstalled it, only to get the same error results. Am I receiving these error boxes due to my computer not having the "installation specifics---ADD OAUTH TO OFFICE 365, HOTMAIL, MSN AND OUTLOOK.COM)? Or what can I do to stop this update alert box from re-popping up if I do not need it? Thank you

What version of Windows are you running?

v7.12.97 downloads and installa Microsoft Edge Webview2 Runtime, so my guess is that this is what is causing the problem.

Check the exact version that is actually installed — I suspect it would be 7.12.97.

Thank you, I followed the C Drive directory to the updates, as you suggested and deleted the contents, which was the 7.12.97 contents, as you thought..

Got the update notification and install when as expected. Email accounts stable, no issues so far
