For the last 2 or 3 days, it has been impossible to complete a mail check. I am not getting any error messages so I don't know why this is happening.

Can I get a support ticket # so I can send logs for perusal, please?

No need to get a ticket No, just click send logs, that ticket No field is from the old support system... note that if you don't get any reply in a day or so, email support directly as sometimes logs can get lost on their way there.... cheers!

Thanks to the support team who instantly discovered the problem from my logs. In case anybody is following this thread, I felt it important to confirm the issue is NOT coming from Mailwasher itself. On the contrary, it is MW that identified the issue which is coming from the Italian mail service Italiaonline (aka. libero.it). Going to their site explains their mail servers are down and that this is the longest time they have ever been in such a situation but that they are working 24/24 to find a solution.
