OK, as we're unfortunately unable to re-create this here, the only other thing I can recommend at this stage is to uninstall the current version, click YES when asked to save settings, then install the previous version from here:

(That version does not use the edge webviewer app)
I'll add it to the fix list here and we'll look at it once MWPro 8 is out, as we really need to get it released asap....

Yes, you're right gingbat — last night, tried my level-best to break my WebView2 . . . but, was unable to replicate this issue (on Windows 10.)

Have you tried going back to the previous (pre Edge runtime version)? If so, did it fix the blank screen issue?

I'm having the same problem with .119 running under Windows 7. Seems to have started with the change to Edge runtime engine. I'm also getting this error message: "This email was not completely downloaded according to the performance settings. A full download will be possible after the completion of the mail check". Well, If you are seeing a blank page in MailWasher (v7.12.119) when trying to view an HTML email, you can try several things to resolve the issue. Yes, to get around this (for most emails) set MW to download more of each email...
In MWPro click, Settings>>General>>Checking mail, drag the "Spam Throttle" slider to increase how many lines it downloads, (try 500 lines), save settings and restart MWpro.
Note that this wont get rid of the message for ALL emails, this was added to fix another issue, we're looking at ways to remove this from the next update though, as it is a bit annoying to have there when it is not really required....

I tried MW Free 7.12.125 and it works fine! HTML messages are displayed.
Edit:
For testing, I installed the PRO version again and the HTML messages are not showing up.
I reinstalled the Free version and the HTML messages are showing up.
