Blank page in HTML view. MailWasher (v7.12.119)

I have a blank page in HTML view. MailWasher (v7.12.119)
Microsoft Edge WebView 2 does not start with MailWasher.
I have this app here C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Application\110.0.1587.63\msedgewebview2.exe

MailWasher (v7.12.119)
Windows 11 22H2 Home 22621.1344
Firefox 110.0.1
Microsoft Edge 110.0.1587.63

Yes, that's pretty odd, as no other reports like this... possibly webviewer is corrupted? you could try reinstalling from here:

Restart afterwards and see if that helps?

There is no improvement. HTML preview still not working.
WebView2 does not start after reinstalling MS Edge and WebView2.

OK, the only other possibility I can think of is to uninstall the webviewer app, restart your PC, then reinstall MWpro and click repair when asked, see if that reinstalls it and fixes the problem....?

I used the "Repair" option to fix MS Edge.
I used the "Repair" option to fix WebViewer2.
These apps cannot be uninstalled. Only the "Modify" option is available.
I reinstalled MW Pro using the "Repair" option.

The problem has not been fixed.

OK, when you say "HTML preview still not working" is there a "View in HTML" for html based emails?

If so, what happens when you click on this? possibly post some screenshots also if you could.

Webview cannot be uninstalled. The only way out is Powershell.
I can't install from the installer either, I get a message that the app is already installed.

That is really strange.

However, apart from the installation issue . . . just checking from another perspective — wondering whether your Microsoft WebView2 Runtime (msedgewebview2.exe) has the necessary internet access.

Can you check your firewall logs for the msedgewebview2.exe to see uninterrupted internet access for:—
  • All outbound permissions for the TCP protocol through port # 443
  • All outbound permissions for the TCP protocol through port # 80
  • Both the DNS servers (v6) outbound permissions for the UDP protocol through port # 53
  • Both the DNS servers (v4) outbound permissions for the UDP protocol through port # 53
  • LocalHost (v6) outbound permissions for all protocols through port # 53
  • LocalHost (v4) outbound permissions for all protocols through port # 53

Could you check if any one/more of the above internet access is being blocked by some app. or program.

I have reset Firewall Defender settings.
I turned off the Firewall.
I have reset modem/router settings.
It still doesn't work.

Does increasing the Number of lines on your Spam Throttle make any difference?

Settings >> General >> Performance >> Spam Throttle >> (drag the slider all the way towards Accuracy) 9999 >> Save >> (restart MailWasher.)

Well, If you are seeing a blank page in MailWasher (v7.12.119) when trying to view an HTML email, you can try several things to resolve the issue. These include checking your internet connection, restarting MailWasher, updating MailWasher to the latest version, disabling any browser extensions, and trying a different browser. If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to contact the MailWasher support team for further assistance.

Unfortunately, v.125 did not solve the problem.
