Possibly you have disabled a spam tool or made some changes to MW's settings since it's last mail check?
If you restart MWPro, then check mail again, does the same email show the correct spam rating? or is it still out?

Additional info.... for example, if I have origin of spam enabled, the rating for this email matches correctly:
However if I disable origin of spam without restarting MWPro, it shows the wrong total spam rating....
Could be something like what's happened here possibly....?
