I have an email address that has accidentally been put on the blacklist.

I have tried to add the email to friends, add the domain to friends, remove the domain from blacklist, remove the email from blacklist and it does nothing.

I even ran a repair on mailwasher.

I am completely stumped.

Any ideas?

Not trying to sound presumptuous, but — trust you tried the following procedure?

(Navigate to) Settings >> Spam Tools >> Blacklist >> (select the e-mail ID, and) >> Delete
