Hi,
I've moved to a new computer running Windows 11 and reinstalled Mailwasher (Version 7.12.125) running a lifetime license. I've configured my BT Internet mailbox for checking,
Mailwasher logs in to the mailbox, retrieves the headers and displays them,
The event log shows the Check Mail request was successful, fetching mail complete and filtering mail complete but doesn't get to the stage where they are flagged as Good or Spam.
The small icon to the left of the Classify button used to spin round as the main was classified - I think - but now it's static.
Any help anyone could offer would be appreciated
Regards,
John

Re: Mailwasher classification does not complete
Yes, actually sounds like the mail check has completed, the emails are not marked as either good or spam because this is a new PC and you have not trained MW which is which as yet?
Mark all as thumbs up or down then wash mail, after doing this a few times MW should start doing it itself....?

Thanks for your reply.
That sounds possible as it's the first time I've started with a "clean" list that's empty of any spam sources.
I'll try that and let you know what happens.

John
