How can I make a filter for emails either showing no domain for a blank domain

You can always use the Source tab to hunt down unique keywords from your spam messages.
Apart from filter conditions such as From and Plain text — you can also use other conditions like the following:—

This one works pretty well for me....
Click, Spam Tools>>My filters>>Add, and create a filter like this:
If the From (OR To) field does not contain "@" then mark the message as mail to be deleted.
