and curious what is the file that contains the configuration for autosupport.eml to pull the email body and attachments into the email template.

Yes, the autosupport email is created when users click "Send Logs" from under Help>>Send Support Logs in MWPro, the files are added to the email automatically during this process.

Usually you'd not need to do anything with that file, it's only if they don't reach support for any reason...
