unable to add an eMail account in the mobile Android version

I am unable to add an eMail account in the mobile Android version:

“We could not determine the correct settings for your email account, please complete these below.”

All settings and the password are exactly like on the desktop version, Outlook, BlueMail on Android, etc... and they are all correct.

Please help.

Yes, if all settings are correct, it's possible that your email account has additional security measures, such as OAuth or two-factor authentication, which MW Mobile doesn't support yet.

If that's the case, MW Mobile won't work with your account.

Unfortunately, the mobile version's logging system is limited, so we can't pinpoint the exact cause of the error.

We're currently working on an update, but it will take some time before it's ready.
