I'm a new customer of a few days, and I have the software set to retrieve 30 days of emails.
Why does MailWasher flag everything over 14 days for deletion, even when it's tagged as Friend or Good with scores +100? In addition, with those messages you cannot remove the deletion flag with "Unmark Delete" button.

Yes, maybe you have some custom filters, and possibly your spam tools are set to auto delete and are catching these emails....?
First thing to do is to ensure none of your spam tools are set for auto deletion.
Blacklist, click Settings>>Spam Tools>>Blacklist>>Options, un-tick, "Auto delete blacklisted emails".
Filters, (Settings>>Spam Tools>>Filters>>click a filter>>Edit) disable auto delete by disabling this option under the Actions tab...
Origin of Spam, Settings>>Spam Tools>>Orign of Spam>>Options, uncheck, "Auto delete"
Firstalert, Settings>>Spam Tools>>Firstalert, uncheck, "Auto delete"
Spam Ratings, Settings>>Spam Tools>>Spam Ratings, and un-tick, "Auto delete if rating reaches:"
