Starting this morning, MWP crashes during the analysis phase. The program loads and collects messages normally, then crashes.

I collected all messages with Thunderbird so nothing would remain on the server. MWP crashed the next time a message was present, so it's not being caused by any specific message.

I disabled all of my filters. No change.

I rebooted the computer. As expected, there was no change.

Same here with 7.12.173 on Windows 11 - MailWasherPro terminates during mail analysis.

But for me no error message - the whole of MailWasherPro just disappears and PC continues as if nothing happened !

Have removed and reinstalled but same again.

Okay - I have implemented the solution at viewtopic.php?f=50&t=58383

This involved downloading the .xml file as directed and which has removed the option to use FirstAlert! from the options within MailWasherPro. I could not have otherwise reached this before MailWasherPro crashed out.

Now I can use MailWasherPro again but obviously without FirstAlert!

I can live with this.

The recommended solution at viewtopic.php?f=50&t=58383 also works for me. Thanks!

Great, thanks for that, and yes, these things do tend to happen in the weekends, should have it resolved early in the week....
