I click on the updater, and nothing happens, and it errors out every time.

For me to get an update, I need to go to the website every once in a while.

Yes, possibly this is your Firewall or Antivirus program blocking the updater program, MailWasher has a separate updater.exe that actually does the update.

The location of this file is found under Help >> User Files >> so perhaps adding this file to the Allowed list would ensure this small utility program can get through.
