Mailwasher 7.12.173 not checking mail

Hi,
We had Mailwasher v6 in company, and all of sudden on one PC it stopped checking mail.
So we bought newest v7 licence and installed on that PC and one more.
It was all working well for about a month, but now that PC doesn't check mails any more (on other PC everything is ok).
If we send/recive mails directly in Outlook everything is fine, but Mailwasher doesn't even get list of emails.
We have tried reinstall app, and also add email accounts manualy, nothing helps.
In error log we get this message:

Yes, if all accounts suddenly fail out of the blue, likely a firewall, antivirus or VPN is blocking MW's internet access, possibly a update or new program installation....?
Also, to be sure you actual settings have not become corrupted somehow, you could export settings from the PC that is working, and import them into the problem PC...
On the good PC's MWPro installation click File>>Export, and save the exported file somewhere you can locate it to move it to your problem PC.
Then, within MWPro on the problem PC click File>>Import and import this file.

Hi, tried everithing you sugested and nothing worked.
Finally fixed it that i uninstalled everithing and disabled AV (Kaspersky).
After fresh install it offerd to fetch accounts from Outlook (tried that but also failed to work).
So tried fresh install again but this time add accounts manualy and it worked.
Added exclusions to AV to Mailwasher program, and is now working as it should.
So it must be something with automatic fetching accounts data from Outlook.

Yes, could well be Kaspersky blocking the importer app MWpro uses to import files from other programs, but good to hear you got it resolved.. cheers!

Hi. Me again. It's not working again. But this time i know for sure that Kaspersky is blocking Mailwasher.
If Kaspersky is running, i got errors, if i pause Kaspersky protection i fetch mails normaly in Mailwasher.
I added exclusions in Kaspersky for Firetrust folders so it doesn's scan them, but something else is blocked.
Kaspersky doesn't give any info that he blocked something.
Do you have any suggestion what to change in Kaspersky so i could have both programs running as they should?

Same problem here. Mail sits in Mailwasher and goes nowhere. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail. It has only recently started doing this - no changes to firewalls etc.

So i tried turning off one by one Kaspersky modules (and PC restart between every module), and after all of them have been turned off Mailwasher is still not working.
I wanted to see if some particular module in Kaspersky is making trouble.
It only works if i pause protection in Kaspersky all together, but that isn't what i want.
I tried only mail scan disable like suggestion in error tab:

But after all of my atempts, i only got Mailwasher working if Kaspersky is disabled completly.
To be more shocked, another PC in the office works like a charm with same combination of apps and without any modifications.
I also tried import Kaspersky settings from that working PC, but that didn't work either.
Please give me some help what to try next. Can you see something from some log files?

Yes, if MW works with Kaspersky disabled, only changes within Kaspersky itself will fix the problem, possibly there is some way to add MW to the safe list in Kaspersky?

Yes, i tried that. Added Mailwasher to trusted application list, and still not working.
On other PC there is also Kaspersky, and on that PC Mailwasher works perfect without messing around with Kaspersky settings.
It's very strange problem. I'll try to ask on KAspersky forums also, maybe i got some help there.

Yea, something is blocking it alright, personally I've never used a AV or Firewall except for the built in windows one for 10 years or more now, never had an issue with any program or virus.. (I've said it now I know...!

)

If you've already asked for assistance in the Kaspersky forums, one of those Gurus might've probably . . . already resolved your issue by now,
FWIW, merely adding MailWasher to the Trusted Applications list might not be enough.

No longer a Kaspersky User — but if both your PCs are setup identically, you could just backup your Kaspersky settings on the working PC . . . transfer the configuration to the other one & restore it.
My feeling is that some rule must be amiss . . . on your Kaspersky.

Sorry for late response, but i installed newest Kaspersky instead of KIS named Kaspersky Standard, and now seems to be working as it should.
