a while back, MWPro was crashing after opening, and we were all advised to 'turn off a specific setting for about a week', to give time to let the issue get fixed and then turn it back on again, so at least MWPro would function and not crash upon being opened in the meantime...
okay-
so that was done, a week later the setting is turned back on and MWPro doesn't crash upon opening any longer and all seems fine.
but then this started happening. never saw it before in the previous decade:
