This morning Mailwasher did not check accounts. It says "Unknown error". I tried to send logs but it said "Error sending support logs". I have 3 accounts, all stopped being checked this morning, it worked yesterday for all 3.
Here are a couple of the many logs:

Same here, worked this morning and then an hour later it no longer works on 2 PCs/3 accounts.
I'm in South Australia

Same here in Canada - was working a few hours ago and now nothing but unkown errors and no emails found in any of my accounts.

Same here in America.

Worked fine then all of a sudden doesn't work.
Hangs on check mail.

Yes, sorry about this, not sure what's going on as yet, I just got in and mine is failing too, seems to have started around 1PM today (Sunday) NZ time... oddly enough, the older 7.12.167 version I have on a windows 8 VM is working fine still though... checking up on this and will report back as soon as I find out what's happening.....

Same here in western USA. Check mail just hangs forever.

Also in the Netherlands this morning on 12 November 2023.
Stop and start Mailwasher with no result.

It's affecting everyone. Firetrust are investigating.

It seems to be a date issue, as some people have tried setting the date on their PC back a day and then everything works fine.

There is also a report here viewtopic.php?f=50&t=58513#p168010 that uninstalling and then installing v7.12.125 fixes the problem. Though that might cause problems with Outlook and Yahoo! accounts as there were fixes for those in the latest version: https://www.firetrust.com/products/mail ... /whats-new

Very sorry about the problems Mailwasher Pro is currently having, (all mail checks fail, corrupt database messages etc) our developer is looking into what is happening now, unfortunately the problem occurred on Sunday afternoon when no-one was available to look into what was happening, was entirely unexpected, and we're not even sure how its possible as yet.....!

Still currently unsure of the cause, but hope to have it resolved soon.

In the meantime, options are to either not use MW for the meantime, OR, use an older version as below.

If you wish to to do this:

* please uninstall your current MWPro,
* cancel the question asking why you are uninstalling
* click YES when asked if you wish to save your user data,
* install this version:

And it should work fine.

If you could also please do not respond to this unless still having problems with the above version and that'd be appreciated.
