I have no Idea How to get the log file to be inserted here.
I checked the firewall on the server and my IP is whitelisted. I checked mod security no entry. I restarted the mail server even though it's happening to the 3, not on my server.
I shut off Malwarebytes and still no good
EDITED: I just checked deleted mail on there is none in the recycled bin. I went back 30 days empty, nada, gone. I rebooted and checked the same. I restated the mailwasher nothing and checked all times nothing.

I just started to get this same error. It happened suddenly. I was attempting to Wash Mail when Mailwasher suddenly crashed. I haven't been able to get it working since. Uninstalled multiple times, rebooted, etc. My email accounts are still working correctly from other mail clients. If multiple people are suddenly seeing the same error, it seems like it might be a date or timestamp bug.

I too, got this error when first running the app today. V7.12.173
Ran repair, but no good.
Uninstalled & reinstalled, but no good.
Uninstalled & went back to V7.12.125 and that fixed the problem.
Cheers

Same here. I have tried Repair/Uninstall-Reinstall/Manually adding emails address. Tried sending the log directly to Firetrust via Mailwasher and even that errored out. This was for my IP email address.

Add one more, same symptoms. Second try at posting, first one may be stuck in moderation.

Maybe their Server that checks registration is down?

Add another one having the same error, tested on two different machines.

Having the same issue, uninstalled, reinstalled as above, decided to knock my clock back 1 day and it worked flawlessly, rebooted back to normal errors again, something it doesn't like as soon as the clock and date hit a couple hours ago. might be a cert issue on Firetrust's side.

Reinstalled earlier version. 7.12.125, and the problem is gone.

Yes, sorry about this, not sure what's going on as yet, but the above may well be right.... mine is failing too, seems to have started around 1PM today (Sunday) NZ time... oddly enough, the older 7.12.167 version I have on a windows 8 VM is working fine still though... checking up on this and will report back as soon as I find out what's happening..... just gotta get hold of someone to look at it as it's Sunday evening here in NZ.....LazyDave1970 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 12, 2023 4:38 pmHaving the same issue, uninstalled, reinstalled as above, decided to knock my clock back 1 day and it worked flawlessly, rebooted back to normal errors again, something it doesn't like as soon as the clock and date hit a couple hours ago. might be a cert issue on Firetrust's side.

I just set my clock back also, and that worked! I was having the same problem on my client, Eudora, and with the date set back, it worked also. But, I had 2 folders for Eudora, and one of them never stopped working. Maybe that will help figure out the real problem.
After checking mail, I set the time to the current date and time and mailwasher stopped working again.

Same problem here and can't reload the earlier download as it says "Mailwasher already has a later version installed" Setting clock back fixes. I think there was an update earlier today.

This is pretty weird, there shouldn't be any dependency on any outside service which stops people checking their email. Looking in to it.

Bottom left corner shows a circling asterisk so I guess it isn't contacting somewhere
