anybody else having this problem?
i tested my email addresses and they work fine but mailwasher isn't functioning. worked fine yesterday, no changes to my machine since then.
error messages just say unknown error. no recommendations for fixes either.

It's affecting everyone. Firetrust are investigating.

It seems to be a date issue, as some people have tried setting the date on their PC back a day and then everything works fine.

There is also a report here viewtopic.php?f=50&t=58513#p168010 that uninstalling and then installing v7.12.125 fixes the problem. Though that might cause problems with Outlook and Yahoo! accounts as there were fixes for those in the latest version: https://www.firetrust.com/products/mail ... /whats-new

how do you roll back without having to uninstall the current version and re-do every one of your email accounts? that is a time consuming step.
one would need a simple way to do this that keeps the data from the current install for the accounts.
man this is getting to be a common issue with mailwasher not working.

Another observation is the message 'database corrupted', came after rebooting and restarting mailwasher.I also observed last received emails in it was around 01:00 last night, local time, before I did anything.

im not having crashes, it just refuses to connect to any email server, or something like that. was fine last night, no changes to mailwasher or the computer in any way, just not functioning today but not crashing either.
would prefer not to uninstall and reinstall and then have to dig up all my login data to re-inser it with an older version. terribly maddening because i never open any email without mailwasher filtering it first
would be very helpful if firetrust at least made an announcement to their customers about being at the very least aware of it and at best 'on it' for a fix.

My guess, is because it is a desktop application, broadcasting they are having an issue is not that simple, not like a web page notification. So we wait for a fix. I'm going to assume , that when there is a fix it will come as a new version, and if you have your update settings set to check for updates within the application, you will see it. Otherwise, I would just stay posted in here.

There are work arounds , like down grading that aren't that hard for those that have some technical ability. You can read other current posts to see them.

the last time mailwasher pro was not working at all firetrust rapidly started to reply to the issue and announced their acknowledgement of it and was on a fix.

Yep . I have not been able to log in either . This happened about a month ago too . Took a day to sort it out . WTF mail washer .

this is day two and still firetrust has made no comment on it at all AFAIK
