Hi,
I have been an avid MWP fan for years.
It was working fine yesterday.
Today it opens on a blank screen, and although there is checking activity shown, there are no results reported just errors, 'High Priority.
My licence is valid until 2026 and checking for updates reports that the software is up to date.
I am wondering whether to Save my User and Common files, uninstall and reinstall.
Curiously, I have just checked my wife's laptop, and her copy is behaving exactly the same.
I have cable broadband, WiFi LAN, and my reported speeds are 659.21 Down and 42.44 Up.
Would appreciate any advice to resolve as I rely on MWP!

Have tried a few times today with no joy.

I am getting the same problem. The error in the error log is:

Description: An unknown error has occurred. MailWasher is unable to determine the cause of this error.

Same. Began Saturday night in the USA. The desktop app seems to sync the Friends and Blacklist, yet no mail is coming through. The app on my iPhone 12 is working fine, just the desktop that stopped working. So I can see the backed-up message using the phone app.

I'm also getting the "Unknown error" in the log. My license is valid until Dec. 2023.

I have the same so clearly a MWP issue, looking forward to cause of the issue, what is being done to prevent it and how we fix it (maybe theres an auto update to be sent out ?)

Yes, thank you ... me too, same issue. I created a new post before I became aware of this post.

Having reviewed the other thread referred to here, the fix for now is (at least on Win11).

In Control Panel, Uninstall MWP, making sure to select 'Yes' to save existing Data.
Go to MWP downloads and download mailwasher_pro_setup_7_12_25
Install it, making sure to accept the reinstallation of existing data.
In Settings > General > Updates and unselect automatic updates, until you read here that the fix has been done.
This worked perfectly on machine and my wife's.
