Corrupted Database and "Unable to determine the cause of this error"

Hi folks,

I'm running MailwasherPro 7.12.173 on two machines - both Windows 11 Pro, 64 bit systems.

Today neither of them were able to draw down any data and for each of my emails I received the following error messages.

Weirdly, all my email accounts are working fine elsewhere.

At one point I had a "Corrupted database " message, so I uninstalled and re-installed a fresh copy of MWP without importing any previous data so starting from scratch and I still experience the same problems.

Thoughts welcome please as I simply don't know what to do. Cheers.

Same error here, just started this morning. Uninstall and reinstall failed to resolve it. Going to try earlier version.

The program shut down last night and has not worked since. The same error is on all my accounts.

Is there some kind of intermediate server this connects to? How can more than one person have this issue at the same time without a software update?

My email accounts (all 7 of them) all blocked to Mailwasher as already noted prior poster but can access through regular log in (web) and Outlook 2010 on Win 7.
Errors look like this-
Description: An unknown error has occurred. MailWasher is unable to determine the cause of this error.

Diagnosis: <EVENT><NAME>MWPEXCEPTION</NAME><ID>c58257310ee55f5590d2170a3386645b</ID><DT>2023-11-12 08:00:21</DT><MWPEXCEPTION><UID>Exception a5d1cf3d25311a26c64d7c098c4385a3</UID><AID>Acct-501748719</AID><SOURCE>MWPfetch::FetchThread()</SOURCE><MESSAGE>StdException - Unknown exception</MESSAGE><ADDXML></ADDXML></MWPEXCEPTION><ORDINAL>8</ORDINAL></EVENT>
Please help.

Just removed MWP, and installed 7.12.119, and upgraded that to 7.12.125, the previous version. My error is gone and Mailwasher Pro is now working properly. Definitely an MWP bug.

I am getting the same error. Coming here to search for a cause, I now realize it's not just me, so maybe one of their updates went wonky?

Found 7.12.119 on the Firetrust web site. Once I convinced my anti-malware software that this was legit software, I was able to download it. Uninstalled MW, reinstalled as 7.12.119, it works now. Thanks for the tip. :)
