How to "Downdate" Mailwasher Pro
With the problem everyone is having I wanted to go back to a previous version but it will not let me saying that I have the newest version which of course is the problem. How do I go back to a previous version without uninstalling and installing a previous version? Reason is I have about 25 email accounts and really don't want to have to add them all back in again.

As a safety export your current settings (You can find export under file, top right of the screen)
Read this recent post for getting a previous version (7.12.125 does not appear to have the issue (at least for me)

Unfortunately , until a fix is provided by firestrust, the only working solutions are to, etther
1. Uninstall the current version , DO NOT select to remove your settings. The install a previous version.
or ...
2. Change the date on your PC to a prior date , to me this is not really an acceptable workaround , but some are doing that, as a lot of things rely on your PC date.

Firetrust is working the problem. Instead of rolling back to an older version, I would just be patient, hurry and wait until they resolve it.

Re: How to "Downdate" Mailwasher Pro
Very sorry about the problems Mailwasher Pro is currently having, (all mail checks fail, corrupt database messages etc) our developer is looking into what is happening now, unfortunately the problem occurred on Sunday afternoon when no-one was available to look into what was happening, was entirely unexpected, and we're not even sure how its possible as yet.....!
Still currently unsure of the cause, but hope to have it resolved soon.
In the meantime, options are to either not use MW for the meantime, OR, use an older version as below.
If you wish to to do this:
* please uninstall your current MWPro,
* cancel the question asking why you are uninstalling
* click YES when asked if you wish to save your user data,
* install this version:
http://cdn.firetrust.com/downloads/mail ... _12_25.exe
And it should work fine.
If you could also please do not respond to this email unless still having problems with the above version and that'd be appreciated.
Cheers!
