As for many others, I had the unknown error fault, and followed instruction to uninstall then reinstall 7.12.25.
I have one account that is office365. The Incoming Advanced setting has only "Password", no option to use OAUTH.
Any ideas?

The solution was to install either 7.12.97 or 7.12.119. These have the OAUTH option.
