After a couple of crashes on my new pc, MailWasher Pro now opens, but won't check for mail. The Event Log reports an error:

It reports this error: Description: An unknown error has occurred. MailWasher is unable to determine the cause of this error.

I've tried an reinstall (keeping my configuration), but that didn't help.

Updating to version 7.12.188 fixed the problem - MailWasher is working again.
