For the past 2 days, I keep getting “Unknown error” when trying to retrieve mail from all 3 of my accounts. When I tried to send a report log, I got “Error sending report log”. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Yeah, there are dozens of threads on this. It is best to check to see if there are already open threads on problems before starting a new thread on the same subject.
