Account Duplication (?) Not Quite

I have been using MW Pro (now 7.142.188) for a couple of years now with Microsoft Outook without any problems. I monitor 4 separate accounts and just recently only one account has been showing up twice in MW Pro's Inbox window. It will show up on different sections as: [email protected]/INBOX and xxx.xxx.com/SPAM. The entries are all unique, in other words, they are not duplicated emails but unique emails both which do port over to Outlook in a single batch, not two separate "accounts" like in MWPro. My other 3 accounts show up as singular; it's just that one account that "splits" into the /INBOX and /SPAM while still in MWPro.
I reiterate: this doesn't prevent me from getting emails. I get them all.
