Lifetime License Doesn't Tranfer to New Computer

Could someone please help me? I have a lifetime license that worked until my computer could not support my transition to Windows 11. When I downloaded a fresh copy of MailWasher Pro 7.x.x, Email account settings and configuration from old computer were copied over but my license was not accepted. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Thank you!

Yes, it depends on what the message was when it got rejected really.... I'd advise you send your key to support at firetrust dot com and we can reset it or check it's correct etc... cheers!
