I've noticed this repeatedly: I'll see obvious spam in my mail client, including messages that should (and will) match filters which auto-delete. The received time is 10 or 20 or more minutes ago. I go to the MW Pro console. MW Pro is idle, mail was checked within the past couple of minutes (I have it set to every 3 minutes) and those messages do not appear in either the Inbox or Recycle Bin lists. I force MW to "Check Mail" and the messages still do not appear. Sometime later MW finally downloads those messages, processes them and deletes them, at which point they disappear from my mail client. (Just now one got processed 22 minutes after I saw it in my mail client.)
This behavior makes absolutely no sense to me; if my mail client can download the message (and has), why can't MW? The messages are *NOT* being marked "read" or otherwise changed in any way. This behavior also makes MW Pro much less useful as a product. Can someone explain what's going on here?
MW Pro doesn't download mail until long after received

Yes, sounds like the mail check is failing sometimes possibly? is there an error log tab showing in MW? if so, check to see which account/s are having issues and check the settings for that account, possibly even delete and re-setup the account (after restarting MW) in MW to see if that helps?

Re: MW Pro doesn't download mail until long after received
No, the mail check is not failing. I'm very familiar with the error log tab, it doesn't appear. What I'll see is that in MW the most recent email for my account in either Inbox or Recycle Bin is timestamped e.g. 6:37 am when the current time is 7:10 am. Meanwhile my mail client has several emails received since 6:37 am including some spams (either blacklisted addresses or filter matches.) A manual mail check in MW "succeeds" but shows none of those messages. Some time later when MW does another mail check it finally sees those messages. No apparent reason for the delay.

OK, try logging into webmail and see if the same emails show in MW that are on the server, as possibly the actual mail server itself is slow to update to show new emails...?
If the mail IS on the server and marked as UN-read, click View>>Show Hidden emails in MW in case one of your spam tools is set to hide these emails.
Note also, you can click "Show all email logged" checkbox in the recycle bin to show all mail MW has seen, but not deleted.

Webmail, Outlook mail client, iPhone iOS mail client all show the same emails, which are what eventually shows up in MW. The mail server (Xfinity's, shouldn't be too slow) shows all the emails, which makes sense (otherwise how would the mail clients see them?) Did multiple "Check Mail" in MW with no change. An email was received at 5:29 pm, it is now 5:41 pm and MW still doesn't show that email. (It is definitely still marked unread.)
Not sure what "show all email logged" is supposed to do but checking the box doesn't seem to display anything which wasn't displayed previously.

Yes, if the email is from today, is in the inbox, your PC clock is set correctly and it is marked as unread on the xfinity mail server, there's no reason MW should not display it if you have view hidden emails selected in MW.
I think I'd try deleting the account from MW and re-importing it...
Open Mailwasher Pro and click, Settings>>Accounts, click your account and click, "Remove Account", click, "Yes, remove it", close and restart Mailwasher Pro.
In Mailwasher Pro click, Settings>>Accounts>>Add Email Account, type any name for this account you like, enter your email address and click Save.
On the next screen enter your email accounts password and click Save again.
If it shows successful, click Save again on the outgoing tab then you are all set.

Re: MW Pro doesn't download mail until long after received
Deleted all accounts and re-added them. I currently have an email that would be auto-deleted by MWPro if it had been downloaded. My mail client sees it, webmail sees it, received at 11:18 am (it's currently 12:11 pm.) MWPro doesn't show the message in the Inbox or Deleted Items including logged items. (I was finally able to turn on the "show all email logged" after re-adding all of the accounts, not sure why that should have mattered.) MWPro shows status "Default mail checked within the last minute". I forced a mail check manually and the message still isn't there.
...and now MailWasher Pro just crashed with the frequently recurring error "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index".
