How to backup my Friends list and Filters?

Hello,
I have just installed MailWasher Pro 7 and it appears that copying and pasting the filter text over. Where do I find the Blacklist.txt and Filters.txt files for MailWasher Pro 7 so that I can back them up?
How do I backup my friends list?
