MailWasher Pro 7 doesn't receive any incoming

Hello guys,
I have just installed the latest version of MailWasher Pro 7. However, it does not receive any incoming. I also use Thunderbird - will this cause any problems?
Any help will be appreciated.

Have you set up your mail server settings for incoming mail? There are fields to fill in for the actual server names for incoming and outgoing email. Then there are port numbers and SSL settings, usernames and passwords. When you save these settings, the program will try to ping your mail server to verify the settings. If successful, the save button turns green.
If you have verified the settings and tested them, but still aren't receiving any new mail, the problem might be that your email client has already downloaded the messages and they are no longer on your mail server. So, check you settings for incoming mail in T-bird. I use Windows Live Mail (still) and once it downloads messages, they disappear in MailWasher Pro on the next scheduled email check.
