It's 2024. Can anyone use MW with Gmail?

I just got MW Pro 7.12.188. I know the issue of MW working with Gmail is not a new issue, and all the finger-pointing goes toward the 900-pound gorilla called Google, but is anyone out there able to use MW with their Gmail accounts?
Yes, I have 2-factor authentication with Gmail and SSL/TLS security, but creating App Passwords is not a visible option. I've looked at why Google says it may not be visible, and they do not apply in my situation.
I know that Google changes things from time to time and they will continue to do so. But it's their ball, their field, and their rules, and anyone who wants to play with them will have to adapt. That's just the way it is.
At this point, the only option I see is to Just keep deleting the Gmail sign-in errors in MW or delete all my Gmail accounts in MW.
I have poured over the Google info about this and I don't see an option for using MW with Gmail. Am I missing something?

Yes, it's still there, you just need to click on "Two step verification" then you'll see the option for the app password....?

If no, AFTER logging into gmail, try going directly here:

https://myaccount.google.com/apppasswords

And see if you can see the app pwd option....?

Thanks for the Google link. That's what I didn't have and couldn't find.
I had "Two-step verification" turned on but couldn't find the "Create App Password" link. That saved the day.
I have several Gmail accounts and had to log into each one and create an App Password, but now everything works with MW.
