Is there an option automatically to delete emails from the inbox once they are downloaded to Outlook or other email programme?
Is it possible to mark multiple emails for deletion in the Inbox or must each email be selected individually? Neither CTRL nor Shift seems to work.

Re: Delete Options
Just clear the grid in MWP manually with CTRL-C and answer Y to the pop-up or wait for MWP to do a fetch and refresh the grid.
It cannot be done automatically because there is no link between MWP and your email client (Outlook in your example).

You should be able to select multiple messages in the grid, either by holding down the Shift key and clicking the end of the range, or by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking individual messages. Once multiple messages are selected, clicking the trashcan icon in the Delete column should mark them all for deletion, or un-mark them if they are already marked.
Re: Delete Options
A new Check Mail should remove any messages from the grid that are no longer on the server - either initiated manually or on a schedule.Andrew42 wrote:Is there an option automatically to delete emails from the inbox once they are downloaded to Outlook or other email programme?

Re: Delete Options
Ctrl A also selects all in the grid on my system. You must insure that focus is in fact on the grid first by clicking on any message.Andrew42 wrote:Is there an option automatically to delete emails from the inbox once they are downloaded to Outlook or other email programme?

Re: Delete Options
I think you'll find CTRL and SHIFT selection very flaky when MW is still downloading emails, when that's done though it should work fine.
