Mailwasher 2010 Wash Icon inactive

I've used the new version for a couple of days and am pretty disappointed. The bounce option has vanished and every now and then I wash and it leaves items behind in the list when I return from my email program

What's just started happening is that I have a list of 7 emails that mail washer has detected and I've tried this twice but the wash icon is grayed out and inactive.

The Bounce is still there in the Preview Pane screen, it's just not designed to bounce spam anymore, it's best suited to bounce legitimate mailers so we no longer provide a way to mass bounce email.
