That's why I had it set to "Any" instead of "All". Seems to work on my system but then every system is "just a tad different'. All the more reason for "tweaks!"

That does not work for me with the CC & BCC rules. Most of my emails don't have CC or BCC so they always trigger the Doesn't contain for these rules

I didn't notice that,I'd call it a bug since if the line isn't in the header the filter rule shouldn't return a hit on it.
