@gingbat - I sent in a support request per the instructions to receive the Mailwasher Pro beta installer and it appears that this information may not have been socialized to the support employees at Firetrust. I was simply told to go to some website to troubleshoot the Microsoft Installer itself rather than being given a link to the beta download. Could you please assist?

Yes, that would have been me also most likely...? did you actually ask for the beta link? as weird I'd not send it.... please email support back referring to this post to that support reply and I'll ensure it's sent anyway...
