I have this unticked, but MP 2010 is nevertheless doing automatic checks every ten minutes. Can these be turned off?

Verify that your change is showing correctly in MWP2010 then close the app and the restart the app and see if that solves the problem.

Thanks. I seem to have stopped it - I ticked the box, unticked it then saved the change.
