Unable to send mail from one of my accounts

This is not an MW problem. I am only asking here because you guys understand mail error messages whereas I don't. I am attaching a screenshot of the message I get whenever I attempt sending mail from this account. No settings have been changed and the account is absolutely valid. I have been using it since 2007.

Looks like the email address you are sending to doesn't exist.

I think that Outlook has an Outgoing folder for emails that haven't been sent, so check there to make sure that the to address is correct.

Yes, it does exist. He used it to pay for one of my products via PayPal. If the address was invalid, PayPal would have rejected the payment.

It doesn't matter who I send to, everything sent from any of my accounts that use my ISP 'Orange.fr' remain in the outbox and will not send.
